• HEAT RESISTANCE – CONTINUOUS: 212F.

   

• MINIMUM SERVICE TEMPERATURE: – 20 to – 40 F.

   

• PERM RATING – 5 PERMS for 0.030 to 0.050 inches thickness.

   

• BUCKET POT LIFE: 25-35 minutes.

   

• CURE TIME: 6-12 hours to set, 24 to 36 hours to fully cure depending on weather and temperature conditions.

   

• WATERPROOF WINDOW: Immediately waterproof after application. Can withstand light precipitation immediately after being applied.

   

• RECOAT WINDOW: Lifetime/ endless for future alterations and modifications.

   

• SOLIDS: 100% solids, solvent-free, VOC free, non-toxic.

   

• FIRE PERFORMANCE: CAN/ULC S102-M88 standard test method, flame spread classification is ”1” or “A”.

   

• MOISTURE AND CHEMICAL RESISTANCE: Full resistance to constant water, seawater, hot or cold, many acids, solvents, grease, and typical roof contaminants even under constant submersion.

   

• ADHESION: Bonds to asphalt, rubber, bitumen, steel, concrete, wood, tar, paints, aged single ply, itself, etc. Although not toxic, it will permanently bond to skin, so proper application precautions should be taken. However like any other product in the world, it will not stick to silicone.

   

• PULL-TESTING (BEFORE APPLICATION): For best results, conduct a pull test to check the surface for proper adhesion, as should be done with any coating.
